The short version: we only have what you send us through a form, we use it to reply to you, and we delete it when you ask.
Who we are
This website, shipsdesk.com, is run by Ship’s Desk. For anything about your data, email supply@shipsdesk.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms: your name, company and work email, plus anything optional you add (ports you serve, vessels supplied per month, the tools you use today, a message) and the option you picked, such as a trial or a demo. We record when the form arrived.
What we don't collect
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
To answer your request: to set up your trial, demo or access, or to scope an integration, and to follow up with you about it. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. When one arrives, our team gets a notification in Slack containing the details you sent. Both act on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
While we are in conversation with you. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email supply@shipsdesk.com and we will reply within one month.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
